Marci Barag has been a certified swimming instructor through the Infant Swimming Research Program (Water Babies) since 1988. 

Marci's Mission

She has worked as a swim instructor at Dynamo Swim School, Zaban Recreation Center and Murphy Candler Park Recreation Center as well as a private in-home swim instructor throughout the Atlanta Metro. In 1990 she moved to Southern California at which time she opened her own swimming instruction business called “SwimKids.” She designed her own back yard pool specifically for teaching swimming lessons, and taught lessons in Southern California for seven years. She moved back to the Atlanta area in 1997, and taught in area sub-division pools as well as her own backyard pool. She also continued to teach lessons in Southern California every summer in July. In addition, she began working at the Sporting Club, which is now the Windy Hill Athletic Club, in March 2000 to May 2013.  In the summer of 2014 and 2015 she worked at Cherokee Town and Country Club.  In May 2013 she began working and continues to work at the Concourse Athletic Club as well as subdivision swimming pools and private in-home swim instruction throughout Metro Atlanta. She is certified in CPR and WSI (Water Safety Instructor) as well.
